Managing climate change with groundbreaking nanosatellite imaging

A pioneering Finnish nanosatellite operates now in space equipped with the world’s smallest infrared hyperspectral camera. The photos with infrared data taken from the satellite provide new solutions for monitoring and managing the effects of climate change.

The hyperspectral camera is a trailblazing innovation from VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. The Reaktor Hello World nanosatellite is built by the Finnish space technology startup Reaktor Space Lab.
